We ship FAST! Most non-personalized orders are processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days. Shipping is done via ground shipping which takes an additional 5 to 10 days after processing. Personalized items can take a bit longer.
There is an additional $7.00 handling fee on all orders.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
You can return most anything WITHIN 5 DAYS of your delivery date – for any reason! We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchases, but we understand that sometimes returns and exchanges are necessary. If you would like a refund or to exchange a product, please contact us at email@example.com to set it up. Some of the items listed on our website require a "Return Authorization Number" or it will be refused by manufacturer. All returned goods will be accessed a 20% restocking fee.
PLEASE NOTE that we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items (unless the error is ours), personal care items, or opened items. Returned merchandise must be returned in same condition at which it was received.
We do allow cancellations unless your order has been processed and assigned a tracking number. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel an order and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

May I order samples?
We do not send free samples, but we do allow you to order one of our items at the listed price for one item. Some of our items have a 2 sample ordering limit. If you purchase more than 2 of these items we reserve the right to cancel your order.
Will you be adding other products to your store?
Yes! Please continue to check back for new additions to our selection. Also, if there is an item you would like us to add to our catalog please e-mail us and we'll attempt to find it.
How have you set up your pricing?
We have set up a quantity pricing feature that gives you a bigger discounts on certain items when you purchase more of the same item. You are free to purchase a few as one or as many as you would like. The shopping cart will calculate the price accordingly. Feel free to ask any questions before purchasing.
Will I be notified if my items are out of stock and on backorder?
Yes! When your order is being processed, if it is found that an item is on backorder, you will be notified via email of options for further processing the order. If several different items have been selected by the same manufacturer, the entire order for that manufacturer will process when the back ordered stock arrives or the entire order will be cancelled.
